🇲🇪🤝🇪🇺 Još jedan važan dan za Crnu Goru i njen evropski put.
Zatvaranjem poglavlja 8 – Konkurencija i 29 – Carinska unija, napravili smo novi značajan iskorak ka našem strateškom cilju – punopravnom članstvu u Evropskoj uniji.
Vjerujući u takvu Crnu Goru još jednom svim građankama i građanima čestitam 13. jul, Dan državnosti, ali i dan slobode, dan antifasizma, dan jedinstva, dan jednakosti i dan napretka.
🇲🇪🇧🇦 Potpredsjednik Vlade Crne Gore i ministar vanjskih poslova @ErvinIbrahimov1 predvodio je delegaciju Vlade Crne Gore na komemoraciji povodom obilježavanja 31. godišnjice genocida u Srebrenici.
On the 31st anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, we pay tribute to its victims, stand in solidarity with their families, and reaffirm our commitment to preserving the culture of remembrance as a lasting civilizational responsibility, so that the lessons of the past help us build a better future.
#RememberingSrebrenica
Bilo mi je zadovoljstvo ugostiti ministra vanjskih poslova Danske, Larsa Lokea Rasmusena @larsloekke , i razgovarati o daljem jačanju partnerstva naših država.
It was a pleasure to welcome Denmark’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Lars Løkke Rasmussen @larsloekke, and to discuss ways to further strengthen the partnership between our two countries.
I am especially grateful to Minister Rasmussen for his steadfast support for Montenegro’s European path and for Denmark’s principled commitment to a merit-based EU enlargement policy. Such support further encourages us to continue our reform efforts on the path towards EU membership by the end of 2028.
I am confident that, by working together, we will continue to strengthen our political and economic ties, as well as our cooperation in areas of mutual interest, building on trust, our alliance, and our shared European values.
Thank you, dear colleague, for your visit and for the friendship Denmark continues to show Montenegro.
Today, together with the United Nations system in Montenegro, we marked the International Day of Reflection and Commemoration of the 1995 Genocide in Srebrenica.
In their opening remarks, DPM and FM Ibrahimović and the UN Resident Coordinator in Montenegro, Caroline Tissot, highlighted the importance of preserving a culture of remembrance, respecting the dignity of victims, and the shared responsibility to ensure that such atrocities are never repeated.
Following the opening remarks, a panel discussion was held featuring the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Montenegro, Branimir Jukić, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Montenegro, Peter Felten, the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, Siniša Bjeković, and the Executive Director of Human Rights Action, Tea Gorjanc Prelević. The panel was moderated by Anjet Lanting, Human Rights Adviser at the Office of the UN Resident Coordinator in Montenegro and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
Remembrance of the victims remains a lasting obligation and a reminder that truth, justice, dialogue, and respect for human rights are the foundation of building a peaceful, secure, and prosperous future.
It was my pleasure to officially open, together with my colleague, Luxembourg’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, @Xavier_Bettel, the Office of the Embassy of Montenegro in Belgium, based in #Luxembourg.
I am grateful to Minister Bettel for his strong and steadfast support for Montenegro’s European path. 🇱🇺 is a sincere friend of our country, and I am confident that this step will further strengthen our close ties and enhance cooperation between 🇲🇪 and 🇱🇺
Crna Gora ostaje u potpunosti posvećena sprovođenju reformi i uspješnom okončanju pristupnih pregovora. 🇲🇪🇪🇺
Vidimo se u 🇪🇺❕
Predsjedniku @MickeySpajic , rukovodstvu, članovima i simpatizerima @pokretevropasad upućujem iskrene čestitke povodom današnjeg prijema u @EPP (EPP).
DPM & MFA Ervin Ibrahimović recalled the historic milestone of June 28, 2006, when the United Nations General Assembly unanimously welcomed Montenegro as its 192nd member state (Resolution 60/264).
He further noted that this step marked the definitive turning point, where Montenegro rightfully took its place as an equal and respected member of the global community. 🇲🇪🇺🇳
