@HathwayBrdband No internet for the past 15 days and they have started calling me to renew the plan. When asked about shifting the renewing date, they can't answer that. Can you shift the renewal date based on the number of down days? Yes or no. Please save your sorry ass apology

Such bad behaviour from Ola drivers, at least in Chennai. @Ola_Chennai should instruct all current drivers on proper conduct and ethics. I don't mind paying extra, but I'd rather know how much I'm going to pay beforehand on the app itself, than negotiating with the rude drivers.
