@thruforestswild 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton pajamas. No food 4 hours before bed. glass of cold water (add mag or use mag lotion on your feet) before bed. Empty bladder before bed. Bedroom temp no higher than 65 at night. I did this and I've been good since.
