I filed a suit at the Federal High Court, Abuja against the Federal Government, challenging the agreement signed on December 19, 2025 between United States and Nigeria.

The MOU mandates Nigeria to share personal health records of Nigerians ( including, Genetic sequencing/DNA, pathogen, blood samples, etc) with United States for the period of 25 years.

There is no reciprocal arrangement for the United States to share its citizens health records with Nigeria. The Nigerian Government refused to release the full agreement for public scrutiny.

The Federal government is bound by our laws to protect our personal data including medical records. The 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 and the National Health Act, 2014 protects our personal data and prohibits illegal cross-border transfers of our personal data and medical records.

Our politicians patronize foreign hospitals and I believe their health records are not available in Nigeria for sharing. The MOU is targeting you and me.

The LP secured permission to inspect INEC BVAS and servers almost immediately after the presidential elections.

The Appeal Court restrained INEC from tampering with data on the BVAS.

INEC still has NOT GRANTED LP Access

The next step INEC wants to take is to reconfigure BVAS even as access has not been granted to LP

INEC claims without reconfiguring, it would be impossible to hold gubernatorial elections.

Yet, a reconfiguration is very likely to delete data relating to presidential elections.

Yet, they have refused to grant access to this minute.

They are now using impending gubernatorial elections as a tool of blackmail.
