Ian/co deserve the respect of every vegan place in Indiana that came after them for giving us the motivation and we will miss them personally
@317lindquist@IBJnews Veggie/vegan restaurants can’t just open cans of stuff and dump it on your plate for $10.
Our overheads are much higher because we have to custom make things with ingredients that are still too costly while convincing people to give us a try.

Such a loss to Indy - heartbroken for Ian and the staff. Loved watching his dream of a full fledged restaurant take shape and so many here seeing the possibilities in delicious plant-based food.
And - 3 Carrots had best kids meal deal in the city, hands down.
