Been thinking about this for a few days now. Most of these apps I barely used, but Twitter ended up replacing them as my go-to time killer. Seeing this just pushed me over the edge—I’m going dark too.
Cleared out 90% of the apps on my phone. No distractions. Just full focus.
Going dark
I deleted Instagram on my phones
I deleted Snapchat - (never used)
I deleted every dating app - (never used)
I deleted YouTube - (very distracting)
I deleted chrome - (easily side tracked)
In fact I deleted 90% of the apps on my phone.
I’m in the building phase of my multi billion dollar software company and going all in on my marketing agency and content.
I figured it’s best for me to eliminate all distractions and in all honesty I might even isolate myself for a month or 2 in a foreign country with no exposure to social media, no girls for distractions, no coffee shops, no super car to go waste gas on.
Watching someone else live their dream isn’t entertainment—it’s a distraction.
Every hour spent funding their lifestyle is an hour stolen from building your own.
Clean up your inputs, or stay stuck. Simple as that.
Most people carry a pocket-sized dopamine dispenser everywhere they go. Social media, endless content, and live streamers living their dream lives—while you sit there consuming.
Hate to tell you, but CUT IT ALL OUT.

I dropped everything except X and even set a screen time limit. The difference is night and day.
The problem? People get massive dopamine hits from scrolling, with zero effort. Achieving something real in life takes work—but cheap dopamine keeps you from even starting.

Being sick the last few days hit me hard—not just physically but mentally. Without your health, as a man, you’re powerless. It’s the foundation of everything. This reminder lit a fire in me to attack life 10x harder when I’m back. Health is everything. Don’t take it lightly.
Two weeks without caffeine, hoping for life-changing benefits. The result? Slightly more morning spark but nothing hits like a quad shot of espresso. Conclusion: never doing that dumb experiment again. Life’s too short for bad mornings.
🥷🏼 UNTAPPED product research method of mine
I never said I spy on competitors and copy-paste their strategies to generate free winners through General Dropshipping. Since I am gonna stop with General Dropshipping I am gonna share it. ❤️
📘 SOP:
1️⃣ Spy on Competitors: Identify competitors with 200+ active ads. Analyze their best-performing ads and use tools like ChatGPT to enhance and optimize the creatives.
2️⃣ Optimize Listings: Create a similar listing but make it better! Use tools like Canva to upgrade product images and write more compelling copy. Always aim to outshine their quality.
3️⃣ The Wildcard Move: Ban their Facebook page (yes, you read that right), then launch your ads to grab the algorithm advantage they had. 😂
Sometimes, it’s about playing smart. Work hard, but also work smart! 🥷🏼
I’ll share the most cheapest plug who can handle the META spies for you guys! Just like, retweet, and comment “SPY” below. 👨🏻💻
Some days, it feels like the spark that used to get me out of bed is gone. The last two weeks have been tough, mentally draining. But no one’s coming to save me. The only way out is through—showing up, putting in the work, and refusing to quit. One day at a time.
Since leaving the corporate grind, I’ve learned that building something for yourself is messy. Some days feel great; others, I’m just holding it together. But it’s worth it.
Success comes from consistent action, not from spectating. Watch if it matters to you, but always keep the bigger picture in mind—your time is your most valuable asset.
The presidential inauguration happened today. I tuned in briefly while working, but many let it consume their entire day. For most, events like this—or the Super Bowl, Oscars, etc.—are just distractions from doing the work that could actually change their lives.
It’s easy to get caught up in big events, but ask yourself: will this move me closer to my goals? For most, the answer is no. Stay informed, sure, but don’t let these moments derail your focus or productivity.
When you own your mornings, you own your day. I’ve been doing this for weeks, and the results have been insane. More focus, better work, and real progress. Start small—ditch your phone for the first hour. You’ll feel the difference.
The biggest change I’ve made recently? Going to bed on time, waking up early, and starting my mornings without letting social media or distractions steal my energy. Just focused work. It’s been a game-changer for my productivity.
I was recently offered an opportunity with great potential—a life-changing amount of money. But it came at a cost: 100 hours of my time each week. I had to make a tough decision.
Short-term, the money could have been incredible. But accepting it would’ve killed the business I’m building—a business that I believe, in the long run, will allow me to earn that same weekly income in a single day.
The only escape from hopelessness is ownership—of your actions, your vision, and your outcomes. Stop waiting for a savior or a shortcut. Start today. Work on yourself relentlessly, because the alternative? A lifetime of “what ifs.”
What’s stopping you?
Feeling hopeless? It’s a trap fueled by relying on external factors like money, validation, or circumstances. The truth? As long as your life depends on those, you’ll keep cycling back to that emptiness.

The harsh reality: You either grind every day to build something substantial for yourself or spend your life working as an employee, chasing stability that never truly feels stable. Both paths require effort—but only one offers freedom.
