Unpopular bay rule: the RO isn’t “real” until vehicle + approved lines live on one invoice you can hand back later.

No-shows hurt less when a deposit was already recorded against that job. Paper stacks don’t show who still owes — a finalized invoice + payment history does.

What’s your no-show policy — fee, deposit forfeit, or ban?

[Record&Learn @Escape_protocol]

If half your customers want a فاتورة and half want English — two templates, or one job record?

Same invoice → English PDF or Arabic فاتورة (RTL). Customer + vehicle stay attached either way. Web workspace, not an iPhone app.

Who else is bilingual on the counter?

[Record&Learn @Escape_protocol]

Painful case — specs on the فاتورة not matching what got installed, plus a large عربون already paid. Shops that put exact materials/thickness on the invoice (and keep deposit + balance history attached to the job) have a cleaner paper trail when something goes sideways. EN/AR shop invoice notes: https://t.co/OmTKVEDdAm — deposit/عربون practices: https://t.co/2JrLn4n3rn

Wild call — but the mix-up is exactly why shops that itemize parts vs labor on the estimate *and* the final invoice catch sticker-shock earlier. When those lines are clear up front, “I thought it was twenty-seven” has a lot less room. Broke down parts/labor invoicing for shops here: https://t.co/rAT5nLxDx5
