We had a Dual Exchange trip with Northwestern Michigan College students in May this year who visited us in Guatemala, where they learned about our preschool programs and the new community center! Thank you to the fantastic NMC staff who entrusted us with their students!

Last week Proyecto CAN provided a nutrition workshop with the parents of our preschoolers in San Lucas. Parents learned about the importance of proper nutrition for children in their first 1000 days of life, nutritious recipes, and more.⁣

The #PlantingSeeds teaching methodology allows our preschoolers to guide their learning and develop autonomy. Every day they choose what they want to learn! And all their learning happens while playing, sharing with their classmates, and having fun.
