Faith is not proven in our speeches but in our steps. Anyone can say they trust God, but heaven moves when we act on that trust. Scripture reminds us that “faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead” (James 2:17).
Thank you Jesus, for loving me too much. You didn't say it's too much. You keep pouring your love recklessly on me. Thanks dear Jesus. I'm grateful Lord.
What makes you blessed/rich is how much of Christ that you have. When we talk about richness, in the kingdom, we're talking about the righteousness of God in Christ. If you don't have Christ in you, you're poor.
Long before he laid down earth's foundations, he had me in mind, had settled on me as the focus of his love, to be made whole and holy by his love.
I am the focus of God's Love. Thank you Jesus for loving me this much.
Remember, the greatest things in life are not THINGS. MEANING is far more important than MONEY.
Luke 12:15 "...your true life is not made up of the things you own, no matter how rich you may be.”
MEANING OVER THINGS.
Service is the pathway to real significance. As a Christian, we're called by God to a life of service. That's where we derive true meaning to this life.
Overthinking usually feels like being cautious, but really, it’s just fear dressed in logic.
2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
I'm not doing life alone. I'm doing life with and in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 2:20
I myself no longer live, but Christ lives in me. So I live my life in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Psalms 37:5
Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you.
Open up before God, keep nothing back; he'll do whatever needs to be done:
He'll validate your life in the clear light of day and stamp you with approval at high noon.
2 Corinthians 4:8,9
We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed and broken. We are perplexed, but we don't give up and quit.
We are hunted down, but God never abandons us. We get knocked down, but we get up again and keep going.
The Christian Faith is a taught Faith. Discipleship is very key. If not, people are going to have superficial knowledge of our belief.
That's why the scripture says that Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. But how can one hear if they are not taught rightly?
Don't look for shortcuts to God. The market is flooded with surefire, easygoing formulas for a successful life that can be practiced in your spare time. Don't fall for that stuff, even though crowds of people do. The way to life—to God!—is vigorous and requires total attention.
