When exactly do you want to refund my money, after i got debited for an unsuccessful transaction for over a month @PolarisBankLtd , each time i call your customer care line or send you mails, it's always one useless excuse to another. That's how you steal people money.

It's been close to 2 months that I was debited on my opay card and I have not been refunded. Another one happened today again and you guys are yet to refund me. So many criminal activities on this useless Opay of a thing, can the Cbn look into it.

Nobody knows your account better than you.

That’s why you should never share your card details, internet banking log in and token with anyone over the phone, SMS or email.
