Decentralizing childhood TB Dx could save lives, but what's the cost? Our study across 6 countries reveals DH-focused strategy may be cost-effective, with ICERs ranging from $263 to $342 per DALY averted. The PHC-focused strategy shows promise too.https://t.co/eTcgneGwrP
