@HM_Passport Nice to be told after you have already applied…. It states 3 weeks on your website, very misleading to everyone. If I had known this then I would of fast tracked the passport with out a doubt. We are now not getting a response from you via message or telephone.please respond

@LilacNyala @HM_Passport Needs reporting, totally unfair, more then happy to take our money before updating us accordingly. Set to lose thousands, all for the sake of been poorly advised on website!

@HM_Passport why do you get cut off when attempting to contact the office …. Happened several times now. Spent hours on hold to get disconnected every time. Surely this is not acceptable when people are trying to organise and sort their issues out.
