Hey @PandaExpress, for shame. For years, ordering a large ala carte box of shrimp got us actual large boxful of food. Tonight’s box is only half full. “Owner said we now can only put 21 pieces,” mgr said. How in good conscience can you claim this is $17 worth? Feeling robbed.

But imagine the shortage of qualified teachers that would cause if implemented too quickly? If qualified teachers aren't required all you get is day care, not pre-school, which is less valuable.
