Now that it’s over, I can honestly say NYSC was a year of lessons and growth. I’m moving forward with more confidence, discipline, and clarity, ready for whatever comes next.
Yes, I finished my NYSC journey on December 18, 2025; Though the journey at first wasn’t what I wished for, God came through, and every step became a lesson, a blessing, and an opportunity to grow.
I am deeply grateful to God for guidance and favor throughout the year, and to everyone who supported and encouraged me; my Ogas, colleagues, CDS members, and fellow corps members.
As the President of the Education CDS, Ikenne Local Government, I will keep working hand-in-hand with my colleagues to organize impactful programs that will not only educate but also empower our community.
A few weeks ago, I was elected as the President of the Education CDS, Ikenne Local Government, Ogun State. Honestly, I wasn't prepared to contest for any position, let alone being the president, but I was nominated and elected by my CDS members.
As part of our outreach, we conducted free blood pressure checks and provided advice on healthy lifestyle practices, preventive care, and steps to take in managing their health better.
It's been a season of stretching, discovery, and divine alignment.
As I enter the second half of this journey, I’m expectant that the best is yet to come.
Here’s to more growth, grace, and impact.
Halfway Through NYSC: A Journey of Faith, Growth, and Unexpected Blessings
The first half of my NYSC journey has been a testimony to God’s grace, mercy, and favor—and I do not take it for granted.
I was instead posted to a place I hadn’t considered—one that turned out to be a greater blessing than I imagined.
Over the past six months at my Primary Place of Assignment (PPA), I’ve had the privilege to learn, grow, and collaborate with intelligent and high-profile individuals
