Forgot to say, if you'd like, sprinkle 1/2 tsp of #groundcinnamon over the cooled #caramelisedapplefudge for decoration. #nomnomnom

[Esseltee Bakes @Esseltee_Bakes]

@NicolaSaidVoice, @CLvoiceovers @ThatManMeadows - I need some volunteers to taste, #overflowingwithfudge

[Esseltee Bakes @Esseltee_Bakes]

Plenty of #scrummy squares of #caramelisedapplefudge, fair few off cuts too! My Nan & mum enjoyed their samples.

[Esseltee Bakes @Esseltee_Bakes]

Pour into a 9in square tin leave to cool for 10mins. Slice then leave to dry for 3hrs #caramelisedapplefudge

[Esseltee Bakes @Esseltee_Bakes]

After 20mins remove from heat & beat with #electricwhiskfor 3-4 mins. Add the #caramelisedapples and best for 3mins.

[Esseltee Bakes @Esseltee_Bakes]

Stir regularly for 20 minutes. Over time the mixture will darken and thicken #caramelisedapplefudge

[Esseltee Bakes @Esseltee_Bakes]

Stirring constantly bring the mixture to the boil. Turn down heat, but keep mixture boiling. #caramelisedapplefudge

[Esseltee Bakes @Esseltee_Bakes]

Melt the #butter on a low heat in a large pan. Turning up the heat add the rest of the ingredients. #caramelisedapplefudge
