Black women don't just influence industries. We build them, transform them, and set the standard for what's next.
This year, ESSENCE Black Women in Business, sponsored by L’Oréal Groupe, celebrates four extraordinary women whose vision and influence continue to move industries forward.
From fashion and technology to advertising, beauty, and media, Anifa Mvuemba, Ayiko Broyard, Sarah Curtis Henry, and Tamron Hall are redefining what leadership looks like on their own terms.

Sending love and prayers to Jalen Hurts.
The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback will miss the remainder of the NFL season after being diagnosed with blood clots in his lungs.
According to a statement released by the Eagles and his agent, Nicole Lynn, Hurts is currently stable and undergoing treatment. Thankfully, doctors expect him to make a full recovery.
Football can wait. Your health comes first, always.
We're wishing you strength, healing, and a speedy recovery, Jalen.
