前向きな姿勢は自分に対する愛であり、自信であり、選択&努力だと思う。自然に湧き出る気持ちじゃなくて良くてさ。毎日その時に精一杯のパワーで前向きなチョイスを繰り返す事で成り立つ物だと思うんだ。苦しいし、苛立つ事もあるけれども、それでも笑って、深呼吸して、前を向いて歩きたい。一緒にね!
