The phrase “God remembers you” is used 73 times in Scripture. This doesn’t just mean that He doesn’t forget you. It means He’s going to surprise you with His goodness and overwhelm you with His favor. When "God remembers you", it means He’s going to show up and show out in your life.
God’s not trying to take something from you; He’s trying to get something to you. He wants to bring out the true you. The true you is more blessed, more fulfilled, more successful, more peaceful than you can imagine.
Lies have come to all of us to try to keep that mighty hero from coming out. You have to ask yourself, “Who told me that I’m not smart enough to go to college? Who told me that I don’t deserve to be blessed?” I can assure you: it was not God. That’s infection. You have to remove it.
Don’t let the pressure talk you out of what God put in your heart. Sure, you’re going to feel overwhelmed, intimidated, outnumbered. But you’re right where you’re supposed to be. You’re a giant killer, a history maker, a mighty hero.
There may be things you’re believing for that seem far off, no sign in the natural. But like Abraham, you need to keep seeing it from a distance, trusting that God is working, welcoming the promise. God is going to do for you what He did for him. Breakthroughs are coming.
