Okay shut up. UBA work culture promotes first name basis. Same with Access bank and GTBank. This is the same work culture Elumelu signed off on when he was CEO. As Chairman, and leader of the UBA Group, he is expected to promote such culture.

Now, he is also entitled to choose a name and title preference. However, as a business leader his conduct was completely WRONG. The young lady is a trainee who just graduated from UBA training school and adhering to the work culture. He publicly humiliated and embarrassed that young lady.

Tony can't try this with his UK subsidiaries employees. A video of him responding to his first name in Stanford is floating around social media. Let's be blunt, this is BAD AND TOXIC LEADERSHIP.

If he was a US business leader, wall street journal, FOX business news and CNN would be calling for his resignation and he would have resigned by now.

So stop be stupid and stop promoting toxic work culture in Nigeria.
