@medismarts Sounds good honestly. I got curious about what you guys are building and thought a space could help people understand the vision better. I’ll send a DM so we can talk more properly.
I don’t think laziness is the real problem amongst most young people.
I think fear is.
Fear of starting.
Fear of failing publicly.
Fear that after trying so hard…
nobody will even notice.
And honestly, imagine building a Web3 project for months…
late nights,
constant pressure,
endless fixing and planning…
only for launch day to come and the only people talking about it to be your own team members.
That’s the part many people don’t see about Web3.
Sometimes the problem isn’t the product.
It’s visibility.
Because in this space, if people don’t repeatedly see what you’re building…
they may never care enough to stay.
Maybe that’s why so many good ideas die quietly.
That thought led me into looking deeper at platforms like @RoyaltiesEarn
And what caught my attention wasn’t just the bounty system…
it was the idea behind it:
creating participation instead of artificial hype.
Projects post tasks.
Writers create.
Communities engage.
Contributors earn.
Simple idea.
But maybe real growth in Web3 has never been about noise.
Maybe it’s always been about giving people real reasons to become part of something early.
