I didn’t fully understand what David meant in Psalm 27 when he wrote, “I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living,” until I walked through a season where seeing it felt almost impossible.
He wasn’t writing from a place of comfort. David wrote that amid enemies surrounding him, uncertainty, and a season where everything felt like it was working against him.
Yet he made a declaration not a wish or a prayer request, but a confident declaration that he would see God’s goodness in this life, not just eventually, but here.
I think of that for every woman in a hard season right now, wondering if things will ever turn around or if the goodness is real for others but not for her.

It is for you.

The goodness is real and coming into your actual life not just your faith life into your relationships, health, finances, peace, and the areas where you’ve waited longest.
Stay confident, not because you can see it yet, but because He said it. And what He says doesn’t return void. 🤍

5 Solo Dates Every Woman Should Try at Least OnceEvery Year

1. Take yourself to the cinema alone. Buy popcorn. Pick the seat you actually want. Laugh, cry if you need to. No one talking to you. Just you and the movie.

weekday. Order a drink and one small pastry. Sit by the window and keep your phone face down for a bit. Watch people going to work, students rushing, cars passing.

3. Book a nice but affordable hotel in your city. Pack a small overnight bag like you're travelling. Order room service or buy food on the way. Take a long shower, wear the robe, lie on the bed and do nothing if you want. Journal, watch a movie, sleepie clean sheets.

4. Take yourself on a
Saturday breakfast. Wake up early, shower, wear something cute. Go somewhere that serves breakfast, sit there and order something nice. Enjoy your meal, take some selfies.

5. Book a beauty appointment alone. Get your nails done, your brows, wash and style your hair. Don't rush home, look at yourself properly before you leave.
