Don't miss 🇪🇪's Foreign Minister @Tsahkna in-conversation with ASPI Executive Director @BassiJustin on Wednesday in Canberra.

The conversation will examine 🇪🇪s foreign policy, 🇷🇺's war in 🇺🇦 and security links between Europe and the Indo-Pacific.

I began my visit to Australia by meeting David Ossip, President of the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies, and laying a wreath in memory of the 15 victims of the December 14, 2025 antisemitic terror attack at a Hanukkah gathering on Bondi Beach.

New South Wales has long been a beacon of multiculturalism, where people of different faiths and backgrounds live side by side in mutual respect. The rise of antisemitism threatens these values and must have no place in NSW—or anywhere else.

[Margus Tsahkna @Tsahkna]

Made it to the Land Down Under 🇦🇺

Looking forward to three days of meetings on the intertwined security of Europe and the Indo-Pacific, cooperation on critical minerals, deterring the shadow fleet, and protecting critical undersea infrastructure.

Also glad to have the chance to meet the vibrant Estonian community in Australia.

Today @AmbJaanReinhold paid respects at Government House by signing the condolence book following the tragic antisemitic attack in Bondi Beach.

We stand with the Georgian people and their choice for a European future.

We condemn the violence against protesters & regret signals from ruling party not to pursue Georgia's path to EU and democratic backsliding of the county.

This will have direct consequences from EU side.

🧵
On this day, 23. August 1939, 8⃣5⃣ years ago the Soviet Union & Nazi Germany made a deal by signing the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact.

They called it a non-aggression pact, which was a lie.

It had a secret protocol to divide #Europe between them & unleash horrific aggression.
