@AllynPaul@YouTube It’s more like the new growth is slightly a different color than the existening. It’s like three specific area where the new growth spreader and you can see it. If I cut it down it’s not as noticeable.
@WallStreetApes This is not normal
He either bought a home from someone on homestead or it was new construction where the initial taxes were only assessed on the land and not yet the house
No one’s taxes jump $10,000 a year unless it’s like a 10m home, which with that payment, it is not
@AllynPaul@YouTube Nice video. But no love for citrablue. I do like that you can spray roundup freely on the graded you choose. But I like having a more fungus resistant lawn and 1.5” height of cut
My boomer uncle told me to just buy a house and stop renting.
I make $58,000 a year.
The cheapest house in my city is $380,000.
I’d need $76,000 for a 20% down payment.
I save $400 a month when everything goes right.
That’s 15 years of perfect months just to get to the front door.
No car repairs. No medical bills. No emergencies. No life.
Just saving.
He bought his first house at 29 with 3 months of salary.
Then told me I need better priorities.
@AllynPaul Thanks LCN. Now we are to the last step for the summer. Millorganite this afternoon and PHR I’m spraying tonight. I’m going super low. 0.12oz per gallon. Cause once July hits. This yard is gonna be insane to keep at 1.5”
@AllynPaul question for the weed exterminator expert. I have a slew of these weeds growing in some areas. Do you happen to know what type of grass or weed it is that’s growing along with the st Augustine grass? And possibly what to sue to kill it without killing the sod.
