No one’s taxes jump $10,000 a year unless it’s like a 10m home, which with that payment, it is not

@AllynPaul question for the weed exterminator expert. I have a slew of these weeds growing in some areas. Do you happen to know what type of grass or weed it is that’s growing along with the st Augustine grass? And possibly what to sue to kill it without killing the sod.
