@ThinkAppraiser Go look into how much debt China is in because they don't have enough riders for these things. Just building things doesn't really mean anything. You have to take care of it and maintain it after and China is having a hard time doing that.

@DavidEvans9 People will always need housing. The problem is that the risk is growing as tenants have less money to spend and government put all the risk onto the owners and landlord.
