Next is @PEPstores_SA. Someone stole my phone out of my bag in one of their Home stores and when I asked to see the video footage i get told that I cant and i have to bring an affidavit. That doesn't help me in trying to identify the perpetrator.

First on my list is @Vodacom. These guys undervalued my phone, then give me the run around with my claim. I always have to be the one calling and following up even though this wasn't my fault. Whatever you do, don't insure with them.
