Customer service has hit an all time low at @united. Gate agent lied to me, said “I don’t care I’m about to retire”, and a supervisor explicitly stated they prioritize departure time over customer service. All after two cancelled flights and 3 rebookings. You can do better UA!!

On @AmericanAir flight #2208 tonight… Sad that an AA flight attendant can aggressive attack a minor, then the parents, falsify facts and lie to local police, and walk away with zero accountability. And Twitter is now how we resolve these matter. God help us all! EOM.

On @AmericanAir flight #2208 tonight… after seeking clarity on why he needed my ID, I declined to do so. I told him and another attendant I would be happy to show my ID to the pilot or authorities. Fast forward, we were met by Austin police upon our arrival…
On @AmericanAir flight #2208 tonight… the same male attendant said he would notify FAA authorities that we all were violating the mask policy. None of which is true. It apparently @AmericanAir attendants can bully minors and falsify facts now….
On @AmericanAir flight #2208 tonight… the warning letter stated that I was the offender and male attendant began lying that I was warned twice. My wife, sitting next to me, challenges him on this, at which point we (family of 4) we’re threatened…
On @AmericanAir flight #2208 tonight … when the same male attendant repeated this aggressive behavior a 2nd time, I asked that he stop communicating with my son and speak to me. Shortly thereafter, I was issued a mask violation warning letter and he demanded my ID.
On @AmericanAir flight #2208 tonight, a male flight attendant aggressively targeted my son (clearly a minor) to “pull up his mask.” He shouted rudely at my son shortly after takeoff and I (sitting next to him) reinforced the request and ignored the rudeness.
