Appraisals are required in our teaching systems in the Caribbean to ensure that teachers have the expertise to carry out their duties effectively. However, I think after the actual appraisal teachers should be given regular support and feedback for their growth.#EDTE3404
I feel that Clinical Supervision once per school term would be an asset to the development of teachers which in turn can increase the achievement of students. Having that occasional interaction and collaboration will in my view help teachers to reflect and improve. #EDTE3404

Dejene (2018) suggest that constructivist teaching is connected to learning that allow students to think critically, experiment and engage in real world problem solving. I endorse this teaching approach as the experience would help them to function in society. #EDTE3404
I engage students using various teaching styles. However, as a science teacher, demonstrator/coach style gives me the opportunity to cater to different learning styles because I am able to explain and at the same time demonstrate to help them understand a concept.#EDTE3404
