@OldNormality Trust, no one was being terrorised, in fact the neighbours that took the first photo were probably the ones shouting 'shoot him dead', the boy didn't respond or interact with these people. Only his friends. So MIND YOUR BUSINESS, essentially. It never involved other ppl.
