**Long post**

Here are some amazing things that have happened since I stepped away from this hellhole of an app:

- Started learning Chinese and it’s now been nearly 8 months of being consistent with it! 我感到非常自豪!❤️ Next up is Arabic 🙌🏼

- Started making art again AND learning new mediums I’ve never tried before. So far, I’ve learn/honed 2 new mediums and just got my first set of gouache paint yesterday 🥰

- Have lost nearly 30 lbs almost 100% by small diet changes only. It’s sustainable and doesn’t require any restrictions (huge for me)

- Deepened my close friendships with people that ACTUALLY show up for me and make me happy—not stressed.

- Did a looooot of therapy that has helped me finally claw my way out of my perpetual depression hole, and also helped me actually love myself a whole lot more

- Reflected heavily on my boundaries and made changes in my life and interactions (both kink/not kink) to better honor them.

There’s a lot more but these are the bunch I’m most proud of! ❤️
