Thank you for putting it out the right way. I had this discussion with my colleagues yesterday and I am really worried about the future of these children.
CBC/CBE is a dangerous experiment on our children started by Uhuru govt & continued by Ruto
My people,
Asking a 12yr or 11yr old to choose a career pathway at grade 9 is not guidance, it is gambling with their future.
At 12, a child does not know who they will be at 18. Their brains aren't even mature enough to make such important decisions
For example , a child may choose sports, get injured at 15, and suddenly have no sciences, no alternatives, no options.
Another may choose STEM, only to realize later it is not their strength & maybe they now want to switch arts, but the system will already have locked them out.
Education should open doors, not close them early.
I know of many kenyans who all interests as we grew. CBC denies children that natural growth.
From people who wanted to be lawyers at 10 yrs to now becoming engineers
If this is not corrected urgently, I fear we are creating a silent national disaster.
Today is Sunday and the day the world laid @RailaOdinga to rest.
It’s too early to start bickering and politicking.
Luo culture demands that we remain indoors for one month until the visitors, including wagogni, return to their homesteads, before we continue with our liberation struggle.
Spend the next 30 days in deep reflection, introspection and soul searching because we will need that.

@MutahiNgunyi Haiya!!! Jeeez the way I used to look forward to your political analysis, what really happened to you, Prof?
Anyway if this is what you think, you are allowed to think that way. Let Kenyans speak about how they feel. The economy has collapsed.
One month later Francis Wikobi is still missing. His phone went off on 26th of June immediately after the 25TH protests. He was last seen was in Limuru town
