@AirAsiaSupport Pls help to solve my issue . My luggage lost in Jakarta , Indonesia from KUL Malaysia today. I’ve already make report with the ground staff. They found it in KL & promise sent the luggage to my hotel by 2pm. End up the luggage still didn’t show up at this hour.
