Hi @airfrance your customer service team’s behavior is outrageous. My baby’s trolley got damaged up to the point to need a replacement during my flight on the 30-Aug and you keep giving non-sense answers to my claim. Meantime,cannot use my baby’s trolley. Please come back to me
@airfrance I have contacted you via WhatsApp and they just say that they cannot treat open claims. I called and your colleague told me that a refund proceeded and he was gonna close it that way but I got a nonsense answer by email. Please treat my request, my baby cannot use her buggy!!!!!

@ITAAirways ciao! I have been trying since yesterday to book some flights but your website keeps giving error. I called your service center and even if it’s your website that is not performing well, if I need them to book for me they charge me 20€ per adult!! Can you pls help?
