On the one hand, I love living in the moment and bucking the always have your phone out trend. On the other hand, it really sucks to not have any photos of the fun, beautiful, or incredible things I've enjoyed.

Even if we put the unethical nature of making babies in a lab and freezing them aside. Khloe acknowledgeing that it would be "weird" to give Malika one of her babies, but calling Rob disgusting for not wanting to give away one of his is hypocritical. Other peoples babies, and surrogates bodies are a commodity to her that she seems to feel entitled to while her conscience still pricks her about the idea of giving away her own child.

It has taken me the whole 7 days since this came out to watch it all.

I have so many thoughts, many of which I feel I need to stew over a lot more before sharing. I may be talking about this for a while.

My most benign thought is this:

We often think about despising prophecy as a rejection of its modern existence. I would posit that Katherine Ruonala's reaction to evidence of false prophecy is also despising prophecy. In this situation, she has shown herself blasé about the awe of hearing and communicating the voice of God. She has treated what is holy with contempt. She has called what is unholy holy. She has knowingly offered the flock to the wolf and personally served him up two of Jesus's lambs. She has been shown to have spoken out of both sides of her mouth while claiming to be a servant of the One who is Truth. Whatever things Katherine Ruonala is prophet, shepherd, and Christian leader are not among them. If they were, this story would have gone differently.

Proping up false prophets is an act of despising prophecy.

I am grateful to those leaders who are standing in the gap on behalf of the Shepherd for the sake of the flock of Jesus.

In the what is intended for evil working for good sense, it has been helpful to realise just how often abusers label accountability as attack.

When it seemed like it was just the people who abused me, it messed with my head even though I knew they were wrong.
