We learned how Service Charges are allocated and how without them residents would not see the benefits of cleaning, repairs etc.

A resident from Colchester submitted an Estate Improvement request to ask if we could turn this unused bin room in to a bike shed. we approved and funded for this to take place. An hour later there was already a bike locked up in there! Check out before and after photos!
