#WATCH | Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev says, "With a profound sense of pain and regret, I wish to bring to your notice that there has been a terrible flash flood between Tibet and Nepal border. On the Nepalese side, as per the Indian news reports, about 484 people have gone missing. And on this side, we don't have any official information. This morning I left to go there personally and all phones are off, all telecommunications are down, roads are blocked, we are unable to go there. One of our groups... the S3 group that we met at Saga and also met them when we were trekking up they were coming down, of which, 22 are from the United States, 12 from Canada, 11 from Australia, 9 from the United Kingdom, 4 from Germany, 3 from France, 3 from Nepal, 2 from Netherlands, 2 from New Zealand, 2 from Singapore, 2 from Spain, one each from Finland, Hungary, Israel, Lithuania, Philippines, Portugal, Russia, and South Africa. A total of 80, this includes 34 male and 46 female participants and a few other volunteers who were camped in the nearby hotels... three volunteers and one doctor. But we have no official confirmation of any kind. But looking at the scale of destruction, it looks bad."

BIG BREAKING 🚨 Sadhguru broke down in tears while talking about Nepal floods 🥹
Emotional Moment !!
He says "I want to go to Gyirong to help flood victims.
Kindly allow us (myself and a few volunteers) to be at Gyirong.
We will in no way hamper rescue efforts.
Our only intent is to stand with them and aid in looking for some signs that would help the families.
We are currently in Saga and humbly request your permission to travel to Gyirong"
A terrible and tragic flash flood has taken place at Gyirong in Tibet - China, and one of our Kailash groups was caught in it. While on their way back, they were at the immigration office when the flood occurred and the building and much of the town seems to have been flooded.
All of us, including the volunteers and support teams are deeply anguished and are doing our utmost to assist in the rescue. There has been no official information on the whereabouts of any of the people who were at the immigration office. We are working with the authorities to see if we can get to the location and stand ready to be part of the rescue efforts, regardless of the risk involved.
Of the 21 groups who are part of our Sojourn, 495 people have already returned safely. 743 people are currently in Tibet, 148 people are in Nepal, and 77 people were at the immigration center, and 3 volunteers in Timure, Nepal.
To the families and loved ones of those in our group and hundreds of others who are affected in the region, I share your pain and we are sparing no effort during this profoundly difficult time. I am personally in the region to ensure the best can be done in the given circumstances 🙏🏽- Sg
We are doing many things to revive this Civilization in many ways and Inner Engineering is a part of this spiritual revival - a simple process through which individual human beings can rise. Shambhavi Mahamudra is a seed. If you nurture it, it will grow and become a big tree and bear fruit that you cannot imagine right now. Make this happen for yourself. Love & Blessings. -Sg #LucknowSatsang
A simple practice can lead to a profound transformation.
#INSAgrani began 2026 by equipping ship’s company and families with tools that aid in positively transforming the way we think, feel and experience life.
The #InnerEngineering program was inaugurated by Cmde Manmohan Singh, Commanding Officer, INS Agrani. The initiative offers yogic tools that foster mental clarity, inner balance and emotional well being.
With a focus on holistic growth, the program aims to enable the workforce to stay aligned with long term goals and channel their energy in a more purposeful and effective manner.

Absolutely Glorious! Congratulations, Team Bharat. An inspired Nation salutes you in celebration. Your victory is a most befitting tribute to a surging Bharat. My Best Wishes & Blessings to you and all involved in crafting this historic triumph. -Sg @BCCIWomen#WomenInBlue
Holistic wellbeing should be the foundation and purpose of education. It is most apt to introduce Ayurveda, among the oldest holistic healing systems in the world, to our children as part of the academic curriculum. This will not only encourage curiosity & wonder about the human mechanism, it will offer children the opportunity to experiment and experience how their body, mind, emotions and energies can be primed for physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Congratulations to @ncert on this wonderful initiative. -Sg
Miracle of Mind
Forever humans have stewed
up ungenious Miracles and
Blamed God for such
baseless absurdities
If one peels their eyes
and pays attention to the
tiniest parts of life
Miracles unfold in hordes
Do you have an Eye for
a Dragonfly or a Grasshopper
or a Blade of grass or try a Galaxy
Above all you cook up Miracles in your Mind
Did you pause to wonder
The Miracle of Mind
-Sadhguru
A Deity is a living Divine entity. It is only when a Deity is managed, rituals are conducted, and all other requirements are fulfilled by those who are deeply devoted to the Deity, that a temple becomes an abode of vibrance and transformation. I beseech the Prime Minister of India and all the members of Parliament to correct the anomaly of apartheid against the Hindu community in Bharat. This is not a favour but the fulfillment of fundamental rights as enshrined in our Constitution. Jai Hind. -Sg @narendramodi@PMOIndia@AmitShah@rashtrapatibhvn https://t.co/nwtvIRv7Ve

During the Winter, there is a slowdown of life. The celebration of Diwali with light, music and various aspects is to ensure we stay vibrant and exuberant within during this time. #SadhguruWisdom
The best thing we can do for the world right now is to increase green cover. Every extra green leaf will contribute to the renewal and rejuvenation of our planet. It is apt and timely that our temples are reviving the tradition of nurturing forests. Our deep gratitude and regards for the Perur and Dharmapuram Adheenams, leading the revival of Temple Forests in Tamil Nadu and also restoring the Peepal tree to its rightful place through the One Village One Peepal Tree initiative in the villages of Tamil Nadu. The Peepal is not only considered a hallmark of good health and longevity, it always served as a physical landmark and a cultural hub in every Indian village. Congratulations & Best Wishes to everyone involved in these initiatives. Blessings. -Sg
