there’s just something so exciting and special about the skeleton crew reveal in the curse of the black pearl... i really wish i could watch this whole sequence for the first time again
Who the hell cast Bryan Cranston in a serious role lmao. He’s a comic actor, he can’t do such serious roles. The show will either get cancelled or he’ll be replaced.
in order to become a better person, you must first realize how horrible you really are. not in the dramatic sense, but in the quiet ways you sabotage yourself, repeat unhealthy patterns, hurt people who care about you, or tolerate what wounds you. you cannot grow if you keep pretending you’re innocent in the story you’ve created.
this scene was incredible because it was so clear that THIS is what he had really been afraid of. this is why he never told her and why he isolated himself from his loved ones. he was scared to hear that they don’t care about him anymore
