Ever wonder how people in their teens or twenties can have a torn labrum in their hip?
Well there’s a good chance it’s in their genetics, meaning that they are genetically predisposed to a condition called Femoroacetabular Impingment (FAI).
The fascinating thing I’ve realized over the years is that the more active an individual earlier in their life, if they have FAI, the earlier their symptoms will present.
My youngest patient with FAI was 14.
I approach treating this condition differently than traditional orthopedics, and I’ve have fantastic success over the years injecting the entire hip (anterior, lateral, posterior) with regenerative medicine products rather than opting for surgery. IMO the goal is to stabilize the hip and we’ve been able to do this with these injections.
In episode 21 of @EternalVitPod I break down all the different types of hip injuries.
Episode 21 of @EternalVitPod is now live and available to view

If you’re over 45, unfortunately you were exposed to a great deal of Lead.
Leaded gasoline
Lead Piping
Lead Paint
Do you know how much lead is in YOUR body?
Lead leads to damaging the endothelium of the blood vessels, leading to heart disease, strokes and heart attacks.
This lead accumulates in your body, in the tissues and bone, and causes a TON of problems (see picture).
The problem is the body really struggles to get RID of the lead naturally.
Some of the best forms of heavy metal removal (natural chelation) include sauna, red light therapy, glutathione (NAC), cilantro, garlic, wild blueberries, lemon water, spirulina, chlorella and others.
Most of the time these are really SLOW so I prefer being more aggressive to lower overall risks and use different forms of chelation.
These are a HUGE unaddressed problem in the United States / world.
