@iNabeelHashmi @SarfarazA_54 @TeamQuetta & Nadeem Omar bhai: Please consider appointing Abrar Ahmed as captain and Hassan Nawaz as vice-captain of Quetta Gladiators next season. Backing this exciting young talent in leadership roles would be huge for our future! #PurpleForce

@MohsinnaqviC42 Sir, how many more chances will Saim Ayub get? No one has been given such a long rope. His PSL numbers decline every year, and he barely plays domestic cricket. Please give Sahibzada Farhan or Sameer Minhas a chance in ODIs and T20Is.

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

@daniel86cricket No.

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

How many more failed chances does Saim Ayub get? Nobody has ever been given this endless rope. His PSL numbers decline yearly, and he barely plays domestic cricket. Send him back to first-class cricket to earn his spot. Bring in Sahibzada Farhan or Sameer Minhas! @TheRealPCB

Sit down and figure out why Lahore, Multan, and Peshawar have had the upper hand over Quetta. They have become Quetta’s kryptonite. Build a plan to beat these three teams next season because if Quetta can get past them, everything else will become much easier.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

I am honestly tired of this Quetta's continuous poor run.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

As a Quetta Gladiators fan, it hurts to watch this team keep underperforming year after year since 2020. Every season I sit down hoping this will finally be the year Quetta lifts the trophy, only to end up disappointed all over again.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

It was pretty clear during the PSL 11 auction that Quetta’s management lacked a clear plan they looked completely clueless about what they were trying to build.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

Avoid bloated squads. Pick 15 players who genuinely fit into your Playing XI rather than wasting budget on benchwarmers. Constant changes mid-tournament only reflect poor planning lock in your best XI before the auction and back it.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

Please plan your auction properly. Shortlist the players you actually want and go all-out for them don’t let other teams dictate your picks. After your 4 retentions, focus on building a clear, strong Playing XI instead of buying players without a plan.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

If they are available next year, Quetta should target Pathum Nissanka, Mark Chapman, Daniel Sams, Bevon Jacobs, and Sam Harper. Bevon looked promising in the middle order this season, and Sam Harper deserves a proper run after only one game.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

If Zaman Khan, Naseem Shah, and Wasim Jr are not retained by their teams and enter next year’s auction, Quetta should go all out to sign them.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

Big names are big names for a reason they perform. Look at Hyderabad and Multan, they recruited proven players and the impact is obvious. Enough with the underdog obsession, bring in proven quality.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

And please build a balanced XI: 5 batters, 1 all-rounder, 5 bowlers with 3 proper pacers, not makeshift all-rounders.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

Bring in a proper long-term wicketkeeper-batter instead of changing one every season. Quetta have lacked a genuine finisher for years; fix that too.
@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

Keep Abrar Ahmed, Usman Tariq, Hassan Nawaz and Shamyl Hussain let the rest go. Build around this core.

@iNabeelHashmi

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

@iNabeelHashmi Make Abrar Ahmed Captain next year

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

From 2016 to 2019, Quetta played 3 finals in 4 seasons and finished No.2 on the points table in all those seasons those were the glory days for Quetta. Since then, it’s been a complete shitshow.

@iNabeelHashmi
@TeamQuetta

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

After today, you have to be regretting letting Wasim Jr and Mark Chapman go. Should’ve outbid everyone for them this year you guys bought quantity, not quality.

[Muhammad Jamal @EternallyMuslim]

@iNabeelHashmi auction mei Quality ki jagha Quantity ikhati kerli jo paisey itne player lene mei lagaye uski jagha quality ke 3 se 4 players le lete khilaye toh eik eik do do matches he players ko aur sara pace attack pichle saal ka jaaney diya kachra pace attack tha is saal ka
