Speaking just on the theory (because getting into results and actual vaccine injuries is a whole other can of worms) what you've just described is not the whole concept.

Vaccines introduce a dead pathogen to the body, but they have to also make the immune system react. That's what teaches the body to respond a certain way when it encounters the same substance. This is done by poisoning the body with what's euphemistically referred to as "adjuvants", but that's just a fancy word for toxin. This is foundational to the concept, so regardless of statistics, specific materials, special cases etc., vaccines are unsafe by definition. Period.
