Can someone explain the proposed order submitted by US Department of Interior? On one hand, they are requesting the court to dismiss the primary injunction

On the other hand, they are suggesting, if primary injunction is denied, then DTREF should halt perations?

@JohnSmithkud6 @Jamesookj @WarriorforRight Judge Snyder should deny the injunction and let the plaintiffs file an appeal. Let it then be determined on merits. One should ask the plaintiffs what specific environmental damage is done that is irrepairable? I see that plaintiff don’t have a strong argument

@Jamesookj @WarriorforRight A 2 month shutdown wouldn’t bode well for the shareholders and DTREF as a whole. That would be financially very costly to halt operations , move to drill rigs and equipment etc.
