@docgoble Throughout the entire performance the cerebellum is being engaged to help maintain his balance. Specifically the cerebellum is engaged when he is landing at (0.06). Landing on one leg, on a blade, on ice is an incredible feat and requires great balance and coordination to preform
@docgoble 4. The proprioception system is preventing Tiger Woods from hitting himself with the club when he brings it all the way behind his head at 0:13 and 0:23 seconds. Since he is able to recognize where his hands are in space without looking at them he is able to control the club.

I chose this example because dance is a human activity that has deeps ties to our culture and is very diverse to our regular everyday movement. It shows the different ways in which we use motor control to express ourselves.
I'm taking #EXS3030@oaklanduSHS with @DocGoble because it is a requirement for Occupational Therapy school as well as my major. I also enjoy the subject.
