关于最近的“Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.”问题，我发现一条有价值的线索
首先我用美国isp线路执行任务跑了一会触发at capacity，我重试了几次发现还是一样不行
随后我立马切换了日本，澳洲，新加坡，英国的isp线路发现刚切的时候codex可以瞬间吐字，但随后就又不行了

@jacyang03 你这个例子也只能说明你那边是这样 不能说明IP一定没关系
我这边是同设备同客户端同模型 pro和plus一起出问题 其他都没动 只换IP结果就变了
我没说这已经证明因果关系 只是说IP明显值得怀疑
真要排除就固定其他变量反复只换IP测几轮 不然大家都只是拿自己的个例说话

目前也只是猜测，国内用户的at capacity问题和vpn节点有很大关系，并且这不像是算力不够的问题，当然这些都只是猜测希望能帮到大家

@xiaoguo871021 @thsottiaux 其实并不是，我最近在各种社交媒体找解决办法，发现不止中国人，还有其他地区国家的人也发生这种问题，但是这类问题在中国人这里发生的频率更高，但目前openai没有对这件事发表任何态度谁也不知道到底发生了什么

@zsl731231794 我号也被风控了跟你一样，但是我刚刚发现在出现at capacity后立马切另一个地区的isp家宽节点可以暂时摆脱恢复正常，而且降智问题好像openai确实有在修，昨天网上开始有大量用户反馈降智集体消失了，但我的没有，然而今天下午我的降智也突然好了，各个测试有明显改善
