It really sucks not having your favorite character in a FG at launch. I am sure Julia will make it in as DLC at some point. There is like 5 characters i want to try, so character crisis until then.

@GQDang Yeah i think for the longest time I didn't like catching and training monsters. This and Digimon Cyber Slueth makes me think it they came out with an ambitious Pokémon game i could fall in love again.

I think a lot of people are missing the point that makes Palworld more fun than other monster collecting games. I don't want to play a mid JRPG with absolutely awful production and performance. I'm sure some of the games people are recommending are good but it isn't the same.

@BlankMauser Yeah its kinda insane how well it runs considering the dev story behind it. It actually feels pretty good to play which is a huge leg up over other survival games.

That said it does seem a couple of the models are just traced over basically. They should really not do that. The original designs are so good. Penking is my GOAT

Weirdly CS2 releasing has just made me appreciate Valorant more. While I think CS2 has better gunplay and maps the game needs a lot more time to cook. And it sucks having to go to FaceIt because the anti cheat isn't good enough. Just use a kernel level anti cheat at this point.

@PhillyBFG Yeah I really like 1 and 2. 3 was kind of weird and I don't hate it but doesn't hold up to the other 2. I think they should just do a crazy genre shift again. Go more hardcore, Jak FPS in the style of new DOOM
