It takes you @myntra@MyntraSupport more than 6 weeks to pick up a wrong product delivery?? And still your team says they are working on it at a priority? All I see is "unsuccessful pick up" sms?? Wow!!
@SwiggyCares Its not about charging but how you are pricing it. On a product of 150/160rs..paying 15rs Platform... almost 10%.. is that even convenient? May be yes..may be no!
Swiggy is now charging almost 15rs Platform fee.Restaurants add packaging charges n dish itself is already priced higher than what you pay if you dine in. It is like we are paying:higher menu price than restaurant, delivery fee/surcharge fee, Platform fee & packaging charges.
@Swiggy which means by the time the food is reaching me, I'm already paying significantly more than the actual meal value? Convenience is great..but are we paying a premium on top of a premium?!!
