I subscribed to the $20/month plan for the discounted Qwen 3.8 Preview window and 1000 free Ultimate credits/day. During an active prompt, free access suddenly ended with no countdown or clear warning

Users shouldn't have to constantly monitor their credit balance while working. I only noticed after more than 40% of my monthly credits disappeared in about 30 minutes. Had I noticed an hour later, my entire monthly allowance could have been been wiped out.

While using "Ultimate" billing then started at 0.8 credits, and only 10–15 minutes later the rate doubled to 1.6 credits. about 160× the discounted Qwen 3.8 rate I subscribed for.
You can't silently change pricing in the middle of an active task.

@qoder_ai_ide As a paying user, this was very disappointing. The app only showed “July 31” with no time, time zone, or warning before free access ended or billing changed. As a result, 30%+ of my monthly credits were used in ~30 minutes. Please investigate and restore unfairly deducted credits
