How on earth does Freddie Freeman have over a 1.000 OPS with an AVG bat speed of 69.6? He swings at 75 mph and higher 7% of the time. Imagine if he got his "A Swing" off more. Focus on accuracy and flush contact, hitting the barrel. Not higher effort and tension to swing harder.
