Walked from Swansea to London in March 2019 to protest about Brexit. Will keep walking as the best way of staying fit and avoiding getting stressed out.
#RejoinMarch was No1 trending in the UK all day! It still is now!
10s of thousands from all around the country and Europe were there with us!
We are putting #RejoinEU on the agenda and we'll keep it there - until we are back where we belong!
Thank you all so so much! 🇬🇧♥️🇪🇺
The PPE cover-up. New evidence suggests Douglas Barrowman hid the ownership of a company that received £200m in PPE contracts and is now being investigated for fraud.
A thread:
“#Brexit repercussions on #Wales”.🏴🇪🇺

The UK public now regrets Brexit more than at any other point, with a majority wanting Rejoin.
This is according to two separate pollsters: YouGov and Deltapoll - who have both found 51% say they want to rejoin - and that’s *before* removing “don’t know”.

That interview with @Frances_Coppola, broadcast live earlier today on @BBCNews & attached again here ⬇️ for convenience, summarises soberly, expertly, comprehensively & - above all - truthfully, what actually happened.
And what was that? … /2.
That’s me in the hard hat, in front of the bucket of a terrifyingly enormous digger.
What you can’t really tell from the picture is that my head was spinning.
I’d just had one of those moments that change your life forever. It would set me off on a journey around the world…🧵
Could not agree more: I managed a £4m computer-science Horizon 2020 project with a Consortium of partners from the UK, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, all from a base in Sheffield. It ended in 2018 with a final score of Exemplary; the silence has been palpable ever since..
🔥 *New Zealand* has just joined Horizon Europe, yet we are still out - that's nuts.
Sunak needs to sort this out asap. Horizon Europe is now THE global multinational science platform... and the UK used to lead it. Without it we're just not leading big science collaborations.
Great 2nd day at Reading Bastille Day ☀️☀️☀️
It was brilliant to meet so many of you and even to hear from several leavers expressing Brexit regret 😔
Seems the vast majority agree that #Brexit has not brought any benefits…

I think ticket offices at railway stations are one of those things that remind of what a society should actually be. Real jobs and real interactions , and community can sometimes be placed above shareholder dividends. It's a choice we can make. #SaveTicketOffices
From @FT Trade Secrets 👇
"The EU opened up less than the UK did, but its massively bigger economy means that New Zealand's tariff savings just for kiwi fruit will be bigger than all the gains from the entire UK deal"
By this logic, they also voted for the Northern Ireland Protocol that was part of "THIS Brexit" - the 'oven ready deal' that would 'get Brexit done' - yet, subsequently, Frost insisted "it has to be renegotiated or removed".
“Cha" and "te" are both Chinese words for tea. If a territory came into contact with the drink by:
• The Silk Road = "cha"
• Sea shipping routes (starting with Dutch traders) = "tea"
