This isn't a legal matter. The guy is known to be abusive and is getting shit for it. That's the lot.

@chrisp196 @MadQuills I think it should also be kept in mind that this isn't a trial, and bashing him isn't the state trying to take someone's freedom. If illegality and proof beyond a reasonable doubt are the bars then this on aggregate plays to the abusers.

It also assumes control of a given company is directly tied to stock ownership. You also seem to love him and want to kiss him.
