@PassportCan 2/3 Even with the transfer, there is still no guarantee that I will get them by our travel date which is the end of August. We did what was told according to your website at the time, 4 months ago! Now all the buffer is gone and my case has become an urgent request.

@PassportCan We did what was suggested and mailed in my children’s applications back in April. It has now been more than 13 weeks and still no passports. Did anyone actually receive their passports by mail in that 13 week (+ mail time) timeframe?
