Listening to @GadSaad break down Canadian taxes on Sean Hannity… aren’t you just excited to be Canadian??

From January 1st until the end of August, you work for free for the government.

Only starting in September do you finally get to keep what you actually earned.

Provincial tax capped at 25.75%. Federal tax at 33%. Already deep into the 50s before you even spend a dollar.

Then add the double sales tax, carbon tax, gas tax, property tax, and school tax — and you’re left with roughly 30 cents on every dollar you make.

This isn’t “contributing to society.” This is modern serfdom dressed up as compassion.

The same government that wastes billions on ArrivScam, failed apps, and fax machine replacement programs now expects you to hand over eight months of your life every single year.

And they still have the nerve to tell you there’s no money left for actual Canadians.

Wake up. This didn’t happen by accident.

I'm prepared to go to jail over this.

My grandmother Rita Pete went to St. Mary's Indian Residential School. She experienced terrible abuse. As a consequence, she struggled with alcohol use most of her life.

My mother was born with FASD as a consequence of her using alcohol to cope with her trauma.

I am Chief of my community Chawathil First Nation. I am working to address the longstanding impacts of these past policies through renovating homes, building new homes, creating childcare, and growing businesses through economic development.

I have interviewed people who went to Indian Residential Schools. I have interviewed people who believe Indian Residential Schools were awful, horrible schools, meant to remove the Indian from the child.

I've also interviewed people who believe they were well intended, generous investments by Canadian taxpayers meant to assimilate a society and had shortcomings.

Like with many things, the history is dark, complicated, and with any policy that existed for a long time, across a whole country - there were different experiences.

No one story tells us everything. No report shares the full experience of the individuals who went. No commentator today can disprove someone's lived experience with statistics.

The path forward is not to criminalize speech, questions, or debate.

The path forward is empathy for past attendees.
The path forward is truth based on facts.
The path forward is real conversations.
The path forward is to lean into complexity.

If the government criminalizes this, then I will be a criminal for having these conversations.

If I am a criminal by the laws definition, then I am committed to going to jail over this.

Nothing to do with anything humane or evolutionary. Just a swarm of unresolved egos projecting their issues onto the world at large.

DISTURBING: A viral detention case in Canada is fueling fears that governments may no longer need criminal charges to silence politically outspoken individuals.

The most chilling part is that the activist at the center of the case claims he was never given a real opportunity to attend a voluntary mental health appointment before police and a psychiatric response unit arrived to detain him.

Nicholas Wagter, a biophysics graduate turned activist researcher, had been publicly delivering documents to Canadian officials warning about alleged foreign interference, authoritarian legislation, and CCP-linked operations inside Canada. He also compiled a large research archive citing RCMP, CSIS, and other official government sources before being detained under British Columbia’s Mental Health Act.

The footage exploded online after Wagter calmly insisted he was willing to cooperate, while authorities allegedly argued they simply didn’t believe he would appear voluntarily. For many Canadians, the case is becoming a disturbing test of how far psychiatric powers can go when politically inconvenient individuals are treated as mentally unstable instead of criminal.

Now, the case is spiraling into even darker territory as online investigators question who requested the psychiatric hold, what happened behind closed doors, and whether outspoken activists could increasingly be viewed as mental health threats rather than political dissenters.

A research group of Italian doctors is compiling data showing that countries with the highest vaccination rates are also seeing the highest all-cause mortality rates.

Nurses and medical staff are now openly saying that elderly patients were being classified as COVID regardless of their actual diagnosis, because hospitals received five times the reimbursement for a COVID admission. The people dying were elderly, already carrying multiple conditions, and the act of hospitalizing them was itself part of what killed them. Scientists call that a syndemic. Not a pandemic. The difference matters.

i went from 35% functional to 90% functional after being bed and housebound for 5 years and running the bases again after 2 weeks of treatment
